WordPress isn’t using resized images

Greetings.

If I right-click and save any of the thumbnail images (such as the featured image on the list of blog posts), the image downloaded is the full-size copy. I’ve checked my uploads folder and the resized copies are present.

I’m using the Astra theme. Are there any usual suspects to investigate?
