WordPress moving to another domain

[ad_1]

Hello! I’m building a WordPress site for my customer on my domain for the time being! I would like to copy/duplicate the page to his domain later. It is cheaper for the customer if I initially build the website on my site and move it later! Is there a good way to do this?

Thanks in advance!

Best regards

  1. If you want to export/move your current site from WordPress.com, you don’t have many choices but the one via export-import of the content, and you would need to rebuild the site again:

PS I see now that you removed tag [WordPress.com](https://WordPress.com) from your question, and in that case you can use some of the migration plugins on WordPress.org site and clone/duplicate/move that site to a new domain e.g. by using Migrate Guru, UpdraftPlus, Duplicator or All in one WP migration plugin that I usually use.

  2. Don’t build customer websites in your website. Build a dev environment using actual hosting or Local.
