I am planning to build an online store on wordpress and sell websites there, which are made on WordPress too.
However, I haven’t found any information about privacy on individual themes or if I can use and modify them and then sell them.
Someone of you information/experience about it and can help me?

That is going to depend on the individual theme and theme authors. You will need to do some research and/or reach out to the authors.
