Are you using any caching/optimization plugins? Could you try disabling those plugins for a second (or at least their JavaScript optimization features) and see if that fixes things?
I have site ground speed plugin and can no longer condense javascript files when changed that setting it started working just tried problem resolved

If you want to keep that feature, you could try excluding the following JS files in the cache settings:

/wp-recipe-maker-premium/dist/public-premium.js
/wp-recipe-maker-premium/dist/public-pro.js
/wp-recipe-maker-premium/dist/public-elite.js
