WSOD on Local by Flywheel

[ad_1]

I’ve tried many things to resolve this.

It’s difficult to know the exact sequence of events for when this error presented. I was distracted with other tasks away from the computer while trying to troubleshoot another wordpress issue. In the troubleshooting process, ai suggested I switch to a default theme, so I did. Upon switching back, I have the WSOD on the front end, dashboard is fine.

I’ll try to recall all the things I have done to fix the issue.

Error logs show nothing for the past three days. This issue first started yesterday.
Disabled all plugins, error still persists.
Debug bar does not show up on the front end.
I’ve never used caching plugins.
Hard refresh. Cleared browser cache. Restarted Local. Restarted the computer.
I use VS code and I’ve had ai go through my syntax, and I have quadruple checked my file paths.
Tried WP\_DEBUG, it generated no error log.

If anyone’s curious, the issue I was working on when this presented was a custom post template not showing up.
