Although when I look at the bottom left where the link points, it points to the correct url.
To clarify doubts, I click on other links within the same options window and they redirect me to the correct link. I attach a small video where you can clearly see what is happening.

Update: I just tried two other installations I have on another VPS and the same thing happens. To be even safer; I do the test in a client’s installation, where I did not install anything, it is a client that already has its site working and I was only hired to make some modifications to the content, but the client has the same plugin installed and the same thing actually happens. same.
