I was just going to report this as well. One of my clients noticed this and was missing the numbers in the tooltip since 1.1.x.
Via Dashboard – Statistics everything shows up including tooltips, so it’s just in the dashboard widget.
There are no errors in the browser console, so my guess is, that it wasn’t included in the rebuild of the widget.
And when I scrolled to other topics I saw that we weren’t the first to report it, and it will be fixed in the next update.

We did some CSS refactoring but now the tooltip specific CSS is not being loaded on the WP Admin dashboard page.
We’ve already fixed it in the development version of the plugin (available on GitHub, but requires a transpiration step to build the JavaScript files). You can expect an official release for this in the next few days.
