10Web is a hosting provider, site builder, and they also offer a few plugins:
Are you hosted with them, did you build your site with them, or are you using any of their plugins?
If not, carefully follow this guide. When you’re done, you may want to implement some (if not all) of the recommended security measures and start backing up your site.

FYI – I am finding 10web on several of the sites that I assist with. Different (unrelated) sites on a couple different hosting providers. None of the 10web “takeovers” were loaded by me (the only administrator) on any of the sites. There is no plugin to be removed.
I will take appropriate measures to prevent further infections, but have no idea how to remove what is already on each site. More reading and searching will be involved, I’m sure.
