Happy holidays. This holiday season is celebrated by many cultures and faiths and carries a universal message of peace and of family. One of the best things about supporting Wordfence is the awesome relationships we have made in the WordPress community. While troubleshooting your errors or issues on the sites we protect, you have graciously allowed us to see your blogs and websites, getting to know you better through your images and posts. We are humbled because of the the trust you have placed in us and consider all of you our family.
So our employees can spend time with their families, just as we hope that you are able to spend time with yours, support will be limited from December 19th until January 2nd. Support is, of course, available but your time to wait for an answer may be delayed. We appreciate your patience as we take time to just ‘be together’ and savor the memories that are being made as they happen. We hope that you are able to cherish time with your family in the coming weeks too.
