I live in Bangladesh and PayPal and Stripe is not available here. In fact almost no payment gateway is available for collecting international payments except for 2checkout.
I am creating a membership website on WordPress. Something similar to www.heypeers.com. I am using Paid Memberships Pro (PMP). PMP no longer supports 2checkout.
If I want to use PMP for collecting memberships, as per their website, I need to connect Woocommerce to PMP using PMP’s add on (which I have already done). The next step is to enable recurring subscription system in Woocommerce, which I have done using the YITH subscriptions plugin for Woocommerce. The final step is to connect Woocommerce to 2checkout.
Now the problem is, on Woocommerce [website]) it says that the 2checkout extension/plugin is no longer supported.
My questions are:
1.Is there no longer any plugin to integrate 2checkout to woocommerce to collect subscriptions?
2.Is there no longer ANY way I can use 2checkout to collect subscriptions on my WordPress website?
3.On the 2checkout website it says that 2checkout is now verifone. I am now confused. Do I use the 2checkout website or verifone’s? I emailed verifone in this regard and even after two weeks has not heard from them.
4.If 2checkout is indeed not available, please suggest a payment gateway that has a woocommerce plugin that I can use to collect recurring subscriptions on my wordpress website. And that is available for Bangladeshis to sign up. I looked into Paddle but it is exclusively for software developers and my business is prohibited by them. I looked into Fastspring, but could not find a way to connect it to woocommerce to collect the recurring payments. Other than 2checkout, Fastspring and Paddle, I know of no other payment gateways that allow Bangladeshis to sign up.
