Hi there, I uploaded knowledgebase-helpdesk’ plugin and it returned a fatal error. I then turned it of but noiw I get a 403 error code every time I want to save parameters (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wpbot). So The bot is now totally useless to me since I can’t input and save any thing anymore.
According to the log, the issue is related to the ‘knowledgebase-helpdesk’ plugin.
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare qcld_wb_chatboot_defualt_options() (previously declared in /wp-content/plugins/chatbot/qcld-wpwbot.php:1621) in /wp-content/plugins/knowledgebase-helpdesk/kbx-wpbot/chatbot/qcld-wpwbot.php on line 1320
Any way to fix that ?
