Hi everyone,
I’ve run into an issue that I’ve seen a few threads about but very few answers that apply. I’m running into a 404 error for the logo on this site: [https://thebiodiversitycompany.com/])
But it’s only happening on mobile? The background video also isn’t playing, but it says nothing about a 404 error when inspected. I’ve tried disabling all the plugins I can to no avail. I’ve also saved the permalinks, which I’ve heard could help. Also nothing. I haven’t tried fiddling with my .htaccess file yet because I don’t see how that would affect only mobile, unless I’m missing something?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Let me know if I’ve left anything out.

Because it is trying to render this image [https://thebiodiversitycompany.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/[email protected]](https://thebiodiversitycompany.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/10/[email protected])
But it is not present on your website. Look into your theme settings or go to wp-admin/Appearance > Customiser then look for settings that set logo for 2x version of the image. You can remove that or set the correct logo.
You can hire me as well to help you with almost every issue with your website.
What comes to mind for me is maybe there’s a redirect for mobile devices. You know, how some sites will redirect to “m.sitename.com” or something like that when they detect a mobile browser. And if that’s the case, maybe your file is missing on the mobile version of the site.
