Hello Developers, I have a WooCommerce site hosted with SiteGround, and it’s costing us $140/month. The cloud hosting specs are 6 CPU cores, 12GB RAM, and a 50GB hard drive. Despite being a very small store with minimal traffic, the costs are high, and we’re still experiencing poor performance with frequent crashes. When we reached out to SiteGround, they provided multiple reasons including the need for database optimization, setting up cron jobs, and issues with IP traffic sharing.
I’m not sure what the exact problem is. Can anyone help me urgently fix this issue? It’s my company’s site, and I could be in big trouble.

Ask your company to pay an experienced web developer who knows how to handle site/server optimisation. That server sounds overpowered for what you’ve described, but you need to know how to diagnose server performance before downgrading.
This isn’t something that can be done over reddit.
It has nothing to do with your hosting, your experiencing this due to bad practices applied by your developer,
