Hello, we have been using the Product Filter by WBW for sometime now and it works perfect. Recently the plugin got updated and since then have been getting the following error on our website (www.mayatoys.in).
When the plugin is enabled
a. Any new order received the order email is not getting generated.
b. Unable to update a product or create a new one. As soon as i do that the website starts to show 503 error. If the plugin is disabled then no such issue happens.
c. Unable to create a new order manually on the website. If the plugin is disabled there is no issue.
Please guide on a possible solution to the above problem since without the filter it is difficult to customers to find a products.
