Currently, my WordPress has an issue with the posts. Every time, I have to manually change who posts because it always shows only one person posting, even though we have three people working on the website. Each person logs in directly from SiteGround with their own account, but it always shows the same person posting.

Each person should have their own user account on the website itself (under Dashboard > Users) and they should be logging in via /wp-login or whatever custom url you may have used within the security optimiser. They should not be logging in via Siteground. Siteground always logs you in to the primary admin account.
Just to clarify what acephaliax said, they should be logging in direct to wordpress via your url .com/wp-login.php or /wp-admin
