I have an issue that I can resolve myself. I use woocommerce with a 3rd party plug in for payments. I haven’t had the site go live yet I have been nearly ready and was waiting on the payment gateway to get back with why it wasn’t working. Today I got an email asking to upgrade to the 70 dollar a month plan , after I did my site got a critical error and tho I can log in when I access the plug-in section it was the site is unavailable and brings me to the help section. Where it asks me to use phpMyAdmin but I can’t understand anything after that . The live chat and email are down and the 3rd party won’t even enter a ticket for me
