Yes, but since all my panel is broken, I don’t think they will be able to do something. Nevertheless, I already contacted them.
Have you tried removing the plugin via your hosting control panel? Navigate to wp-content/plugins/thatpluginname and remove that directory.

Follow Steve’s advice.
Use the control panel provided by your host (e.g. cPanel). This is not the WordPress dashboard. Enter the control panel, and use the File Manager to navigate to /wp-content/plugins/. Then, delete the problem plugin directory, which will be named something like /gloria-foods/. Voila. The problem should be resolved.
