A Second Flat Stanley Project request

[ad_1]

When I switched hosting providers, the List of Participants was also impacted.
Last September, I hired a programmer through Upwork who got off to such a great start that I paid him in full before he finished. Yeah, you guessed it, he didn’t finish.
He created a rudimentary List of Participants, but all participants’ email addresses are visible. I wanted a messaging function between registered participants so they could arrange exchanges without exposing their email. I also wanted error checking when completing the application form so all fields were required to prevent bots.
Because the Flat Stanley Project connects schools and families, there needs to be deterrents and protections against the wrong people contacting kids.

My post about the lost Picture Gallery received so much support that I thought I’d reach out to this community again.

Thanks

  1. I feel like that’s kind of a tall order. Have you looked at postcard or gift exchange plugins? You’d have to do some legwork to modify them, but I know a few are floating around.
