so i have some server issues and i want to optimize it so ny WordPress website became faster but i never done this before and afraid they may steal or clone the website content+db so any advise, what should i do when i hair a developer or freelancer

No developer wants your website man. We’re always working on far larger websites than yours. You’re just a side hustle to buy a new GPU. TLDR; don’t worry about it.
