Here are the answers to your queries:

  • If you want to add column to the ticket list then you can do it from Support > Ticket Lists > Agent View > List Items > Add New > Add Column. You can not add custom tabs in the header. If this is not the case then please elaborate on your requirement.
  • You can use Custom registration page for registration. Please find the settings at Support > Settings > General Settings > Page Settings > User Registration > Custom > Insert the registration page link. You can view the custom user profile at My Profile.
  • You can not view the Customer at the Support > Customer if he does not created any ticket at your ticketing system. Only users who created the ticket gets added to the customer list. You can view rest customers at Dashboard > Users > All Users.

Thank you very much for your quick reply.
Let me explain my need a little more.
I am using the 3rd party UM-Ultimate member plugin for registration. I collect various information in the UM-Registration form and user_meta is also available.
I cannot see the profile page created by the UM plugin in support page My Profile tab. How can I see the information in user_meta in support page My Profile tab?
On the other hand, two types of users can open tickets on my site; Client and Supplier. I want to automatically get this information from user_meta and see it in the ticket form, ticket and ticket list. How can I do it, is there any snippet or hook etc?

There is not way to access meta data in Support system.

There is no problem to assign third party registration form. Form works properly.

My question is; how can I view UM-profile page or profile data at support My Profile tab?

Because you mentioned as “You can view the custom user profile at My Profile.”
