Absence of display in the editor and bug on the accents

Could you please provide a screenshot of what you are getting at the editor page? Please include the contents of the browser console log in that screenshot, there should be some info about the error there.

Regarding to the character encoding, try using the “troubleshoot area” to change the character encoding to correct that issue (Menu “Appointment Hour Booking” >> “General Settings” >> “Troubleshoot area tab”).
