Accessing all files on page

Hello

So this may be a silly question but I was searching all over the web and have not found an answer to this. Maybe one of you has an answer.

I was wondering if someone was able to list all the media files that are stored on my WordPress site? Like a Sitemap but with all the media files like pictures and other documents that I have uploaded to my website. I am not trying to display this on my page but was wondering if someone that visits my site is able to do so.
