Accidentally updated a parent theme, and now every I press Update File, the stylesheet just turns blank. What should I do?

I have the entire code of the parent theme saved (thankfully). As a quick fix I uploaded the entire theme into Additional CSS. But, how do I get it back into the main stylesheet? Any thoughts?
Revert changes over ssh/sftp instead of wp-admin
