Purchased a plan for a new client the other day and it automatically assigned an old email to the account. Whether it picked up a previous purchase, I dont know but the email is long non-existant. Her site is hosted on wordpress and the email within that account is completely different to the one that was assigned to her when we purchased our plan.
Have tried to change the email via dashboard, but wont let me do it unless I log in separately, however I was not asked to create an account on purchase and certainly did not set a password.
Can you help with this.
PS. Also, why does it say “upgrade to premium” on the plug ins page when it has the access key put in and I have proof of purchase.? Still says operational and I am past the trial period.
