ACF: How do I create terms for a custom taxonomy, and prevent an editor from creating new ones

Using ACF Pro I created a custom taxonomy for a CPT.
Then I edited an instance of the CPT and added terms for the custom taxonomy.

So, at the moment an editor can attach any number of existing terms to the custom taxonmy, and create new ones.

I want to prevent the user from being able to do either of these things.

I would like user to be able to select one term only, and be prohibited from adding any new terms.

Is there a way within ACF to present existing terms as radio button options?
