Does anyone know how to fix these issues on WooCommerce site? This is causing problems with WooCommerce database background updates, leading to a significant load on our database and hence site becoming super slow and high CPU usage issue.

When I enable WP debug then it shows PHP memory limit the problem does not occur on our staging platform, and this only happening after we migrated from siteground to Hetzner managed server. I've adjusted all the PHP memory settings, changed the PHP version, and edited the wp-config.php file with the WP memory limit. I've used all available options. Can anyone help me urgently please?
