The available filter at the moment allows you to filter requests and find entries for a specific IP address. At least for now there is no way to exclude entries from the activity log, however, this sounds like a great feature that will be of great use to filter the information in the logs.
I will ask our developers to review the feature and if it is selected for development include it in one of the next versions of the plugin.
