Dear author,
I installed this plugin, after that I bought commercial license. I configued plugin and met some problem. I don’t see option “add a rule” which is described in your documentation, point 2, Click “add a rule”:

I don’t see also: settings, service list and how it works options.
Perhaps was I missing something.
Regardless of this problem, the plugin works promisingly, I recommend it to others.
