Not sure when this happened. A Fairly new install. Added a couple of new test products few days ago. Updated to the latest 2.3.9 this morning and just attempted to add new product:

Totally blank except title?
I have disabled most all plugins no change. I have disabled my WordFence plugin / firewall, no change. I have changed to the default 2024 theme, no change. Disabled CloudFlare, no change. Cleaned site cache (litespeed plugin), no change. No errors in dev console.
I am at a loss, Any ideas?
