Yes, this is possible using the customizer, included in Premium Templates.
However, I need to mention that, because of a limitation from our PDF engine, dompdf, this is not supported when you use the PDF invoice export using the bulk actions in the order list.
That said, if you have the Professional extension too, you can make it work, enabling the Keep PDF on server setting, located under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice (this is also available for all default PDF documents).
