Add woopress or other charge plugin to an existing plugin

Got shiftcontroller plugin and I want to charge users (managers) to use it on a subscription basis.

I contacted the developer if I can do that and he said it’s not currently capable.

Is this an easy thing to do? pm me if you want a side project to do this.
