Hi all. My site was built by someone else who is no longer available. The site was made with Elementor.
I’ve decided to add a menu item and a page. Everything looks good when I am logged into WordPress.
Weird thing is that when I log out of WordPress the menu item disappears.
I can manually go to the page I’ve created and I am able to see the added menu item.
This is driving me nuts. Please help. Thank you!!!

It really sounds a lot like having a page saved as a draft and not published.
Do you have any user roles plugin installed that might be set for this specific menu item?
It’s always cache.
When logged out, you see a cached version of the site. When logged in, caching is usually bypassed. So, clear the page cache, server cache, all the caches. Then try it logged out again. The cache will be rebuilt, and the latest changes should be displayed. If not, be sure to Shift-Reload in your browser a few times, the browser cache sometimes doesn’t refresh like it should on a normal reload.
