Hello, I’m new to this community and to WordPress in general.
I created a website where it has a sidebar menu. The problem is that there are a lot of subcategories where I would like it to be displayed by hovering the mouse over the menus as you can have as a header menu. But instead of a header menu, I would like it to be a side menu (there is already another header menu).
I tried to tamper with the menu settings under “Theme”, but it only seems to edit the dropdown menu for the header and footer, but not the sidebar. I’ve already added a sidebar menu through the legacy widget, but I don’t see any option to have a dropdown menu. Additionally, there don’t seem to be any good plugin options either.
Does anyone have an idea how I can have a dropdown menu for the sidebar?
