Hello,
I am trying to add a page to my website that mimics this in just about every way and am having allot of trouble trying to do so.

Its so multiple ark servers can refer to it for their configuration and settings. I am very new to word press, and not sure how to go about making a page like it.

You haven’t described anything about your problem in even the most minimal detail. 🤔🤷🏻♂️
So I was not able to make it work 100% like that page, but I went onto one of the pages for my website, and added a file to it that had the text I needed for the page. When I click on the .txt file it opens up a page that looks exactly like the one I am trying to copy. When I added a plug in to allow me to change it to a .ini file though, it changed and just turned into a download, and wont open up the text page.
