Thanks for the quick response. I had already seen this, but thought it was not sufficient. I tried to make it work, I just added the shortcode [woocommerce_my_account] in the existing registration form. The customer can add his/hers address, but it does not show up in the backend in their profile.
Adding a textarea in the form is also no options, because it does not show up either in the admin section.
What is the best way to integrate their address?

You can add your WooCommerce address fields to your UM Registration Form
and User can see and edit these fields in the UM Account page with this Plugin
