I use the Florence theme by Solo Pine. Originally some years ago, I had a custom code that would automatically cause all of the posts on the front page to have an ellipsis after a certain number of words instead of full length posts for this specific theme. After updating the theme yesterday, the code was removed unfortunately. I know that I could individually add in the excerpts for each post but since I already have so many posts on my website published, I wanted to see if anyone knew of a code that I could place in the theme’s CSS to do the same as the old code did.

Here is an example of what it looked like from my old theme: https://www.dropbox.com/s/jpx3hdsxupjuaqy/Screen%20Shot%202022-10-29%20at%202.57.17%20AM.png?dl=0

My website after updating now with full length posts:

Thanks
