Looking for some guidance on the following with WordPress and plugins
Have a Google map, being able to click on a location, and then have a gravity form pop up that lets me create custom data about this location that is stored on my WordPress page.

Why would you do this? A map plugin with locations is probably better suited, so it shows front end for users. Are you trying to save user submitted data about locations?
