Adding overflow to the list not to the enclosed container on increasing/decreasing the screen size

Hello everyone,

I am trying to create a SIDEBAR PROFILE MENU for a website. I am using the following format:

I want to add a overflow on the Menu list on decreasing the screen resolution (Column height wise) but the other elements of the container should remain on the screen. I am using vertical alignment as Space between.
