I manage Automator Pro on a client’s website and created a recipe to add a user to an LearnDash group based on a form value.
When the recipe runs it tells me that the action is complete; shows me that the “correct value” was passed; but that the group could not be found so the user was not added.
I am using the “use token/custom value” option and pulling the group NAME of the group from the form.
Any ideas what could be going wrong?
