Thanks for the detailed message. You can definitely hide the choice of the number of rooms by simply using the Configuration settings of Vik Booking.
From the first tab of the Configuration page, under the section “Search Parameters”, you will find a value to define the “Number of Rooms”. If you change the value to 1 the drop down menu to select the number of rooms to book will no longer be displayed. Please remember to save the new configuration settings and to use the “Renew Session” button to avoid any previously cached settings to be applied.
Lastly, make sure to work on the other settings of the “Search Parameters” section so that you can adjust the minimum/maximum number of guests that can be selected by using the “Search Form” like in your screen shot. In case no rooms are available to fit the number of guests selected, the system by default will suggest to book multiple rooms as long as the “Search Suggestions” are enabled.
