Admin console is slow, but site works fine.

tl;dr: Each plugin I add increases admin console(any page) load time by about 1/4 to 1/2 seconds each, and it doesn’t matter how big or small each plugin is. Is there setting or something that runs to analyze each plugins every time a page in the admin console loads?

Longer version(more details):
So I have a problem where my admin console takes over 5 seconds to load. The website always loads in a second or 2. And when I’m logged into the console, the site itself also takes 5+ seconds to load. But if I log out, or open a private window, the site is normal again.

It’s running Woocommerce, and I’ve got litespeed cache enable, and working. I’ve given WordPress the extra memory as well. 1024M according to the site-health page. My DB itself is less than 20MB. I have another blog running on the same webhost account that has roughly the same number plugins(but no woocommerce), and it runs just fine. And even then, if I disable woocommerce on the problem site, it still takes 5+ seconds to load.

Both sites are fully up to date on WordPress, PHP, and plugins.

So far, I think it has to do with plugins. If I disable all the plugins, it loads fine. However, as I enable plugins, it gets just a tiny bit slower with each one. I would say each plugin, no matter how small or big, adds about 1/4 to 1/2 seconds each, until it balloons up to the 5+.

It’s hosted on Hostinger, but my resource usage is super low, and I don’t really get any visitors. Maybe 10 a day tops(A few of them might be me) on this site, and another 40 on my blog. I don’t get many orders either. Like 10 total over the past 9 months. All my resource usage on my webhost is less than 10% of the max. I know they aren’t the fastest host, but considering my other blog runs just fine, it really doesn’t seem like a resource issue to me.

To me it just seems like there is something that causes WP to do some task with each plugin every time an admin panel page loads.
