Admin returns 403

Hi,

I have a simple WordPress installation. While the front-end can be accessed normally, when trying to use wp-admin, I get a 403 error. I have tried the following:
\- Update plesk server
\- Reset htaccess
\- Editted file rights
\- Turned off plugins/Themes

The weird part to me is that it only occurs within the wp-admin and nowhere else.
