I am having a very strange issue, and this seems to have happened after my firewall was installed, where some page are not showing the admin tool bar. The pages where this doesn’t show, will not update on the front end if changes are made to said page.
I have also noticed that if change the slug of the page with the missing toolbar, it comes back. The only issue with this is it doesn’t stick for pages in the menu bar.I tried changing the permalink structure and noticed that it will not let me change it to custom.
Has anyone come across this issue?

This sounds like a caching issue. Do you have any cache plugin installed or does your host provide some page caching ?
Sounds like a caching issue. Changing the URL means that you’re essentially create a new page that won’t exist in the cache. Are you running LiteSpeed? Can you share your URL?
What firewall did you install?
