Advice Needed: Draft Copy of Existing Page

I think I can explain this.

I have a page – not the home page, but a parent to other pages – and I need to have an updated version ready to go tomorrow.

I can copy the page, make the changes, and save it… But how do I make that the active page when I'm ready?

The solution is probably super simple and super obvious and I'm just thick.
