I’m a freelance WordPress (Elementor) developer, and I’ve recently been approached by a client to build a website for publishing medical articles targeted at specialists in the field. The project is more challenging than my previous ones, and I’d appreciate some advice on bulding and pricing the project. I have experience with ordinary 5-page business websites but not with this kind of project.

1. **General Structure:**
* Main information pages (About Us, Contact, etc.)
* Sections for news/articles
* Job postings advertisement space
* General advertisement areas
2. **Articles:**
* User-based access control (not all articles will be available to all users)
* Advertisements from companies related to the medical field
3. **Additional Features:**
* Paywall for accessing premium training materials
* Links to external resources (podcasts, articles, etc.)
* Dedicated job postings advertisement space
I feel like I can handle this but would need some tips and guidance on how to solve some stuff. Let me know if I’m wrong.
