I’m looking to get some guidance on creating a website for my vending business which has expanded significantly over the years. I have an Avada theme that I purchased long ago that I was intending to use but the reviews of the theme are not great. I would like my website to be speedy and professional and as I understand Avada has substantial bloat so I’m exploring other options. I am a novice at this but my questions are:
Does a website builder come with the theme or is that something I would purchase and install separately?
I’m looking to avoid subscription builders/themes which most seem to be. Is this impossible if I want a high quality builder?

Do you want your website to used as a brochure for your business or you want it to be more interactive?
For example, you want people to book slots to rent/lease from you, or do they read what you offer and call/text/email you to reserve the item?
I’m highly against page builders but your case is kinda justifies it. Heard great things about BreakDance and Bricks, never used them and my understating is that, they don’t offer free versions of them 2.
