Hi, apologies if this is the wrong place to ask….but I just volunteered to edit content for my area chamber of commerce website. I have IT background but no actual website hands-on experience. I will be responsible for updating info on the website – just basic event and news and people info, changing dates, etc.
They gave me the admin ID/password so I just created an author ID for myself so hopefully I won’t crash the website when I start doing things. However, I am quickly realizing that I have no idea how to create a basic page. I naively thought I’d be able to copy/paste existing pages but the prior person didn’t leave any templates to copy!
Any quick recommendations on a book or course that could help? WordPress for dummies?
They are using Avada as a tool within the site as well.
