Hello fellows! I am a newbie in JavaScript and frequently develop websites using WordPress. Lately, I’ve noticed that acquiring clients has become more challenging, which is perplexing considering the digital boom and the increasing number of businesses wanting to establish an online presence.
In the past, a lot of my client leads came from fellow developers and from recommendations by my previous clients. As someone who’s still trying to establish a foothold in this industry, I’d love to hear from seasoned professionals. How do you typically source your clients?
On a related note, I’ve been considering collaborating with other developers to assist with their projects. I recently partnered with a developer who delegated some of his projects to me, largely because I offer competitive rates given my location in India (PPP) and he is really happy with my work quality. Is forging such partnerships with other developers a good strategy for growth in this field and if yes, then how?
