Are you using the free version of ASE?
When you said you “can’t login” what do you mean? Are you not able to go to the login page? Did you see some sort of error?
Which modules / features in ASE did you enable that is related to the login process?
I don’t know what is ASE
I write user and password presh de button and it goes to a version of the login without www, but nothing happens, I write de user and password and the same

ASE is Admin and Site Enhancements. You are posting this on the support forum of ASE, the plugin. Are you using it in your site?
