If a vendor clicks on the Not Right Now button on the seller setup wizard, s/he is supposed to be redirected to the vendor dashboard, the page that is created using the shortcode [dokan-dashboard].
Please make sure the page is created using the proper shortcode. Also, set that page to be the dashboard page by visiting your WordPress admin panel’s Dokan > Settings > Page Settings screen.
I tried to visit the link that you shared but encountered the error shown in this screenshot. It would be nice if you could share a screenshot of the problem that they vendor’s face while visiting the vendor dashboard.

Thanks a ton Jahidul Hassan Mojumder, setting a newly made pade with short code worked, now vendor can go to dashboard.
